The Fe<3+> / Ag / TiO2 / bamboo charcoal composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has high-efficient sterilization capability under the sunlight in the situation that the adding amount of hydrogen peroxide is very small. Experiments show that, in a liquid phase, medical sewage containing more microbes is selected as a target object, the adding amount of the composite material is 20g / l, and most of the microbes can be removed after the sunlight is utilized for irradiation for 10 minutes.
