The invention discloses a method for preparing an iron-
titanium-
vanadium ternary inorganic polymeric flocculant based on a
sulfuric acid acidolysis
vanadium titano-
magnetite two-
step method, and belongs to the technical field of inorganic flocculant preparation. The method comprises the following steps:
drying the
vanadium titano-
magnetite serving as a
raw material, conducting
grinding to form
powder, putting the
powder into a three-neck flask reactor, adding
sulfuric acid to carry out acidolysis reaction, controlling the
reaction temperature, the concentration of the
sulfuric acid and the liquid-
solid ratio, conducting reacting until liquid is completely volatilized, after the residual
solid is off-white, and adding pure water with different volumes to carry out leaching under conditions of controlled leaching temperature and controlled leaching time, wherein the whole extraction process is carried out under normal pressure under magnetic stirring; and after the extraction reaction is completed, taking out the
leachate in the reactor, carrying out suction
filtration, adding
sodium hydroxide with different volumes and specific concentrations for alkalization, further conducting aging, conducting storing in a
glass container, and conducting storing at normal temperature. The method is stable in reaction, simple, rapid, easy to control and free of high temperature, the obtained inorganic polymeric flocculant is good in stability, the removal effect on
organic matter is better than that of conventional aluminum and iron flocculants, cost is low, and the method has a certain application prospect in the area where vanadium titano-
magnetite is convenient to transport.
