The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a magnetic dual-network kation hydrogel-based composite adsorbing material aiming at anion pollutants in water. The adsorbing materialincludes kation hydrogel, calcium alginate, magnetic matter and multi-element hydrated oxidation state active metal components. The preparation process of the adsorbing material involves the free radical polymerization effect between trimethyl ammonium chloride and methylene bisacrylamide, the electrostatic effect of Ca2+ and alginic acid, dispersed doping of the magnetic matter and in-situ loading of the active metal components, and the adsorbing material has high surface positive charge and exclusive adsorption potential, and can efficiently and rapidly adsorb inorganic pollutants such as PO43-, NO3-, F- and AsO43- and organic pollutants such as anion dye away. The adsorbing material is good in chemical stability, good in mechanical performance, wide in pH value range, high in ion interference resistance, low in ion dissolving-out amount and free of secondary pollution, and has good application potential, and magnetic field separation and repeated regeneration are easy.
