The invention discloses a rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant, the general molecular formula of which is as follows. In the formula, R is a rosinyl ricyclic diterpene structure, X is Br or I, and n is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to 10. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the compound: firstly, dehydroabietic acid or disproportionated rosin is adopted to prepare rosinyl tertiary amine, and then the rosinyl tertiary amine and saturated dihalide are prepared into the rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant through quaternization. The synthesis of the rosinyl tertiary amine comprises the following steps: the dehydroabietic acid or the disproportionated rosin is converted into active acyl chloride intermediate, and then the acyl chloride intermediate and N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine are prepared into the rosinyl tertiary amine in the presence of the triethylamine which is used as the acid-binding agent. The rosinyl tertiary amine and the saturated dihalide are reacted in the solvent isopropyl alcohol, and then vacuum drying is performed after filtration. The prepared surface active agent has good surface activity performance; the raw material is inexpensive and easy to obtain, and can be biodegraded; the synthetic method is assisted with microwave, the reaction time is short, and the product purity is high.

The preparation method of the environmentally-friendly water-based ink is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding an organic paint, resin, deionized water, dimethyl ethanolamine, a wetting agent, an emulsifying agent, a slow drying agent, an antifoaming agent and a dispersing agent according to a certain proportion; performing dispersion in a stainless steel pot, wherein the formula of color paste comprises 33.5 percent of resin liquid, 30 percent of the deionized water, 0.3 percent of the dimethyl ethanolamine, 0.1 percent of the dispersing agent, 0.2 percent of the wetting agent, 0.5 percent of the emulsifying agent, 0.2 percent of the slow drying agent, 0.2 percent of the antifoaming agent and 35 percent of the organic paint; mixing the materials, stirring the materials for about 1.5 hours, then storing the materials for 12 hours, and performing full chemical reaction. The reinforced concrete material with high corrosion resistance of the invention is mainly obtained by uniformly mixing and stirring a cementing material, coarse and fine aggregates, water, a rusty retardant agent, and a water reducer; the cementing material comprises portland cement and fly ash; the rusty retardant agent is prepared by well mixing amino carboxylic acid, dimethyl ethanolamine and calcium molybdate with a mass ratio of 1:2:2 and adding the mixture into water, and the mass concentration range of the mixture is 20%-50%. The proportional ranges of the components are: 300-500 kg / m3 of cement; 100-150 kg / m3 of fly ash; 150-210 kg / m3 of water; 400-700 kg / m3 of fine aggregates; 1000-1200 kg / m3 of coarse aggregates; 2-4 kg / m3 of high-efficient water reducer; and the mixing amount of the rusty retardant agent is 2%-5% of the mass of the cementingmaterial. Compared with common reinforced concrete, the reinforced concrete of the invention has significantly improved steel bar corrosion resistance, and excellent concrete workability, and is widely applicable to basic engineering and underground space structures.
