According to the zinc oxide ink provided by the invention, the zinc oxide nanoparticles adopt the ligand with the chain length greater than the two carbon atoms; compared with zinc oxide nanoparticles which take ethanolamine (with the ligand chain length equal to the two carbon atoms) as the ligand in the prior art, the steric hindrance between the zinc oxide nanoparticles is increased, so that the zinc oxide nanoparticles are not aggregated, and furthermore, a condition that a black point is formed in a membrane layer formedby the zinc oxide ink is avoided; meanwhile, the ligand has a self-crosslinking property, and a network-shaped structure is formed by self-crosslinking; a condition that relatively more holes are formed in the membrane layer, caused by the fact that a solvent of a printing membrane layer is volatilized too fast, is avoided, and the quality of the membrane layer formed by adopting the zinc oxide ink is ensured.

Water-based ink for gravure printing, and making method thereof

The invention provides a water-based ink for gravure printing. The water-based ink comprises the following in proportion by weight: 25 to 35 percent of water-based acrylic film-forming emulsion, 20 to 25 percent of water-based acrylic non-film-forming emulsion, and 30 to 35 percent of water-based resin solution, wherein the water-based resin solution consists of 15 to 25 percent of water, 15 to 25 percent of ethanol, 10 to 15 percent of ammonia water or ethanolamine, and 30 to 40 percent of solid polymer acrylic resin. The water-based ink has the advantages of thoroughly changing the problem of residual organic matter in printed matter, achieving zero pollution emission in the process of drying the ink and reducing harm to operators.
