In the method, a modifier is added for modification, so that the content of heavy metals in the soil is reduced, the structure and pores of the damaged soil are repaired, and the permeation and air permeability of the soil are improved; and organic matters and other noxious matters in sludge and soil are decomposed and degraded in a certain condition by utilizing microbes in the sludge to reduce volume weight and compactness, so that the improved soil forms a substance similar to humus soil to serve as a biochemical process of the improved soil and fertilizer. According to the method, the planted vegetation growing environment of the land which uses the improved soil as a soil base material is ensured, so that the waste is used to treat waste, and the comprehensive utilization is improved.

A method for manufacturing an artificial leather comprises the following steps. First, ultramicrofiber-forming fibers having an islands-in-sea type cross-sectional configuration are formed by blend spinning or conjugate spinning. Secondly, a porous reinforcement sheet of low compactness is formed from polyester, polyurethane or polyolefin by spunbonding, meltblowing or calendering. Next, the ultramicrofibers are entangled with the reinforcement sheet by needle punching or spunlace to form the complex reinforced ultramicrofiber nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven is impregnated or coated with an elastomer resin composition, and then subjected to a coagulating process, a washing process, a drying process and a removing process to produce a semi-product leather. Finally, the semi-product leather is then processed to produce the artificial leather.

In a sealed container protected by an inert atmosphere, a low-voltage strong current is used for generating a plasma arc in a narrow and small space between a plasma assist electrode and the rotating cylindrical consumable electrode made from high-temperature metal. By means of the high temperature generated by the plasma arc, the section, close to the plasma arc, of the high-temperature metal electrode is made to enter a molten state, and small liquid drops of the high-temperature metal are formed. Centrifugal force generated by rotating the rotationally fed electrode made from the high-temperature metal at a high speed is used for throwing out the small liquid drops of the high-temperature metal. The small liquid drops of the high-temperature metal are air-cooled and solidified into balls in the sealed environment protected by the inert atmosphere, and the high-temperature small metal balls for 3D printing are collected from the bottom of the container.
