The invention relates to a method for preparing a graphite-phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4) material. The method includes the steps that a carbon nitride precursor and ammonium salt are evenly mixed, and then calcination is conducted so that the porous g-C3N4 material can be obtained. The ammonium salt is any one of ammonium base salts capable of generating ammonia gas through thermal decomposition or is the combination of at least two of the ammonium base salts. In the preparation process of the g-C3N4 material, the ammonium salt is added into the carbon nitride precursor to be mixed. In the high-temperature calcining process, the ammonium salt is subjected to pyrogenic decomposition to generate gas, a pore-forming effect on the g-C3N4 material is achieved, and the cellular porous g-C3N4 material is obtained. In the preparation process of the g-C3N4 material, template agents are not used, and thus the method is simple, efficient and environmentally friendly; the prepared g-C3N4 material is high in photocatalytic activity and can be used in the pollution control processes such as exhaust gas and wastewater treatment.

Denitrition catalyst with mercury removal effect and its preparation method

The invention relates to denitrition catalyst with a mercury removal effect. The catalyst has a chemical general formula of: MXn-V2O5-Y / TiO2, wherein, M is a metallic element selected from Fe, Cu, Mn or Co, X is halogen Cl or Br, Y is WO3 or MoO3, and n=2-4, and the elements are in a weight ratio of: 1-10 of M, 1-1.5 of V, 7.5-8.5 of W or Mo, and 75-100 of TiO2. The catalyst is prepared by the steps of: dipping V2O5-WO3 / TiO2 or V2O5-MoO3 / TiO2 with MCln or MBrn, then conducting frying and calcination. After the regeneration, the activity of the catalyst is recovered by more than 90%, the catalyst mechanical properties and antitoxic performance are effectively improved, and the service life is prolonged.

The first porous anode functional layer is composed a redox stable perovskite, the second porous anode functional layer is composed of a nanostructured cermet. The invention discloses a double-treatment cleaning and regenerating method for a vanadium-titanium based denitration catalyst and aims to solve the technical problem that the regenerating effect of the traditional vanadium-titanium based denitration catalyst is not so good.
