The invention relates to a method for improving the performance of a light absorption layer of a perovskite solar cell. The method includes the steps that an additive is added into a reactant of perovskite to form a perovskite precursor solution; then a base coated with an electron transport material or a hole transport material is coated with the precursor solution in a rotating mode, and a perovskite light absorption layer film is formed after thermal treatment. The additive comprises one or more of CnH2n+1NH3B and an AB compound, wherein n is equal to 0-3, A is selected from monovalent metal, and B is F or C1 or Br or I. The invention discloses a method for preparing gamma-valerolactone by acetylpropionic acid catalytic hydrogenation. Through high efficiency catalysis of levulinic acid hydrogenation based on a loaded ruthenium catalyst under mild conditions, gamma-valerolactone is prepared. The method has a levulinic acid conversion rate of 100% and gamma-valerolactone selectivity of 99.9%. The invention provides recombinant escherichia coli capable of efficiently expressing a semeglutide precursor. Two different leader peptides and enterokinase restriction enzyme cutting sites are designed and added at the front end of a semeglutide precursor to construct a fusion polypeptide structure, a coding gene of the optimized polypeptide structure is inserted into a pET-30a(+) expression vector to obtain a recombinant expression vector, the recombinant expression vector is transformed into escherichia coli BL21(DE3), and the recombinant engineering bacterium capable of stably and highly expressing the simeglutide precursor is obtained. The recombinant engineering bacterium disclosed by the invention not only can stably and highly express the semeglutide precursor, but also is particularly suitable for a high-density fermentation method, and the expression quantity of a target protein can be further improved.
