According to the invention, two different diisocyanate and aminopropyl double-terminated polydimethylsiloxane are subjected to a reaction at room temperature, and an isocyanate group and an amino group generate carbamate. Hydrogen bonds are formed among the carbamates to generate physical crosslinking. And then controlling reaction conditions to enable two acyl chloride groups of the prepared citryl chloride to react with amino to generate amido bonds. The generation of amido bonds and the action of hydrogen bonds enable the elastomer to have fluorescence characteristics under a specific wavelength.
