509 results about "Indene" patented technology

Indene is a flammable polycyclic hydrocarbon with chemical formula C₉H₈. It is composed of a benzene ring fused with a cyclopentene ring. This aromatic liquid is colorless although samples often are pale yellow. The principal industrial use of indene is in the production of indene/coumarone thermoplastic resins. Substituted indenes and their closely related indane derivatives are important structural motifs found in many natural products and biologically active molecules, such as sulindac.

Hydrogenation method for cracking hydrocarbon having nine carbon atoms or more

The invention relates to a method for hydrogenation used during cracking C9 and more than C9 hydrocarbons, mainly solving the technical problems in the prior art of low hydrogenation activity, low conversion rate of alkene and low hydrogenation rate of diene. Through adopting the method for hydrogenation used during cracking C9 and more than C9 hydrocarbons and taking C9 and more than C9 hydrocarbon raw oil and hydrogen as raw materials, contact reaction between the raw materials and a catalyst is carried out at a temperature of between 30 and 100 DEG C, under the conditions that the pressure is between 2.0 and 3.5MPa, the air speed of the raw oil is between 1.0 and 2.5 hour<-1> and the hydrogen/oil volume ratio is between 100 to 1 and 400 to 1; therefore, unsaturated compositions in the raw oil such as diene, alkenyl arene, indene and dicyclopentadiene are converted into saturated hydrocarbon or alkyl arene; moreover, the catalyst comprises the compositions in percentage by weight that (a) 5 to 75 percent of nickel or nickel oxide and (b) the balance being carrier alumina; the precursor of the carrier alumina is aluminum sol, and the precursor of nickel is at least one of nickel acetate, nickel chlorite or nickel ammine; and the technical proposal solves the problems better, and can be used in the industrial production for hydrogenation during cracking C9 and more than C9 hydrocarbons.

Preparation method and application of mixed matrix membrane containing zeolite imidazolate framework material

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a mixed matrix membrane prepared by compositing a zeolite imidazolate framework material (ZIF hereafter represents the zeolite imidazolate framework material for the sake of narration) ZIF-7 with Matrimid polymide, and belongs to the technical field of membrane separation. The membrane is the mixed matrix membrane of ZIF-7 and Matrimid polymide (the chemical name is 5(6)-amino-1-(4'-aminophenyl)-1,3-trimethyl indene alkane, the trade name is Matrimid-5218, and Matrimid hereafter represents Matrimid polymide for the sake of narration), that is, the ZIF-7-Matrimide membrane and is used for separation of H2-CO2 mixed gas. The preparation method has the advantages that the preparation cost of ZIF-7 is lower than that of many MOF materials; the ZIF-7-Matrimid membrane combines the advantages of the zeolite imidazolate framework material ZIF-7 with the advantages of the polymer material Matrimid, and compared with a pure Matrimid membrane, the ZIF-7-Matrimid membrane has the advantages that the permeability is greatly improved, and the high selectivity is kept; the membrane shows the very good separation effect on the H2-CO2 mixed gas and has the huge application value in the fields of water gas hydrogen production.

Catalysts compositions for the polymerization and copolymerization of alpha-olefins

A catalyst system, a polymerization process using that catalyst system and polymers produced therefrom. The catalytic system results from the combination of bridged indenyl metallocenes of general formula I and an organoaluminium or boron perfluorinated co-catalyst, where M is a transition metal of Group 4 of the Periodic Table of the elements, Q is a divalent substituent and X1 and X2 are monovalent anionic ligands. Polyethylene copolymers made with such catalysts can have from narrow to broad to bimodal molecular weight distribution and melt indexes from about 0 to higher than 10 without the need of molecular weight regulators, depending on proper selection of the indenyl substituent, number of substituents (single or both indenes substituted) and the type of stereoisomeric form used: pure (racemic or meso) or mixtures thereof.

Process for synthesizing 5-trifluoromethyl-1-indene ketone

The invention relates to a novel method for synthesizing 5-trifluoromethyl-1-indanone. The method comprises the following steps: adopting industrial m-trifluoromethyl benzaldehyde as raw material and preparing m-trifluoromethyl cinnamic acid by Knoevenagel condensation; hydrogenating to obtain m-trifluoromethyl phenylpropionic acid; and preparing 5-trifluoromethyl-1-indanone by intramolecular Friedel-Crafts acylation. The first step is carried out in the presence of malonic acid as organic reagent and pyridine or piperidine as catalyst under reflux at 100 DEG C. The second step is carried out in the presence of palladium / carbon or palladium hydroxide / carbon as catalyst and reaction solvent such as methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate or tetrahydrofuran under a pressure of 40psi at room temperature. The third step is carried out with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid for closing rings at -20 DEG C-90 DEG C. The method provides a synthesis process for 5-trifluoromethyl-1-indanone which is simple and easy to be scaled, and solves the technical problems in prior art on relative long synthetic route, expensive catalyst or raw material, and severe reaction conditions, high cost, etc.
