The defoaming agent and the production process have the advantages that: the production process has no waste gas, no waste water and no noise to be discharged to the outside; the product is fully dissolved in the water and non-toxic, thus not producing secondary environmental pollution, the product is used in a big water region, the defoaming speed is fast, the using amount is small and the cost is low.
