decomposition of
ozone in gases and a preparation method of the catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, preparing fibrous porous graphitized
carbon black, and obtaining the fibrous porous graphitized
carbon black; S2, preparing the catalyst for the
decomposition of the
ozone, taking an
electrolyte solution, using an electrochemical deposition method to deposit the
electrolyte solution in the fibrous porous graphitized
carbon black, in electrochemical deposition, a temperature being 85-95 DEG C,
voltage being 2-5 V, and
conduction time being 1-3h; and taking out and curing, a curing temperature being 300-350DEG C,
curing time being 30-60min,
cutting off, and obtaining the catalyst for the
decomposition of the
ozone. According to the catalyst for the decomposition of the ozone in the gases and the preparation method of the catalyst, the fibrous porous graphitized carbon black is regarded as a carrier,
cerium,
manganese,iron and
nickel are regarded as main
active components which are evenly covered in holes of the carrier,
catalytic efficiency is high, activity is high,
heat stability is good, life is long, dust falling off is little, a preparation technology is simple, the cost is low, and use is safe without hidden danger.
