The present invention is a system and method for statistical or probabilistic static timing analysis of digital circuits, taking into account statistical delay variations. The delay of each gate or wire is assumed to consist of a nominal portion, a correlated random portion that is parameterized by each of the sources of variation and an independent random portion. Arrival times and required arrival times are propagated as parameterized random variables while taking correlations into account. Both early mode and late mode timing are included; both combinational and sequential circuits are handled; static CMOS as well as dynamic logic families are accommodated. The timing analysis complexity is linear in the size of the graph and the number of sources of variation. The result is a timing report in which all timing quantities such as arrival times and slacks are reported as probability distributions in a parameterized form.

In the biased position, the wiping blade is maintained at an optimum angle for cleaning a glass surface even with the handle 16 held generally perpendicular to the glass. A spring 60 is fully contained in the head 12 and biases the head toward the rest position. A tension adjustment knob 80 in the head 12 permits adjustment of the spring 60 to a tension level according to the ergonomic requirements of a user.

Fluorescent detection probe for mercury ions and application method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of detection, and particularly relates to a method for detecting heavy metal ions in aqueous solution by using a fluorescent probe. The method, by providing bovine serum albumin functionalized gold nano-particles serving as the fluorescent probe and using the fluorescent probe for detecting mercury ions in a water body, obtains high sensitivity and selectivity. The method utilizes bovine serum albumin modified gold nano-particles as the fluorescent probe; during the detection, various amino and carboxyl groups on the surface of the probe can be coordinated with the heavy metal ions so as to ensure that the fluorescent probe quenches; the initial concentration of the mercury ions and the strength of fluorescence have good linear relation; and the existence of the heavy metal ions, namely mercury in the aqueous solution can be indicated through the fluorescent detection method. The method does not need large-scale instruments, can realize in-situ quick detection, has low detection limit, can be applied to more conditions and ranges, and has simple operation and low cost; and a used reagent and the operation process have no toxic or side effect.

Pointer instrument positioning and identifying method based on machine vision

The invention discloses a pointer instrument positioning and identifying method based on machine vision. The position of an instrument panel in an instrument cabinet image is accurately positioned andan instrument reading is automatically recognized. The method comprises the steps of (1) acquiring the instrument cabinet image; (2) carrying out segmentation processing on the instrument cabinet image to obtain an instrument panel image; (3) preprocessing the instrument panel image; (4) acquiring all edge contours in the instrument panel image by using a Canny edge detection method; (5) findingall linear contours in the obtained edge contours by using Hough transform; (6) screening out the linear contours where a pointer in the instrument panel is located through length characteristics of the linear contours; (7) calculating an average value theta of an inclination angle between the two linear contours where the pointer is located; and (8) calculating out a pointer reading according toa linear relation between the linear inclination angle and an instrument scale. By the adoption of a positioning and detecting technology, the method has the characteristics of accurate positioning and reading, good anti-noise performance and efficient and rapid image processing.
