electrode, and
drying to obtain a compound modified
electrode; and 3, carrying out electrochemical test on a three-
electrode system formed by the electrode produced in step 2 in a
buffer solution, injecting different concentrations of
a DNA solution, testing, recording the change of the electrochemical
