The fireproof rubber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of polymethylmethacrylate powder, 25-40 parts of zirconium oxide, 10-20 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 2-3 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-3 part of butyl methacrylate, 4-8 parts of dimethyl-p-toluidine, 5-10 parts ofa softening agent, 5-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 2-3 parts of a fireproof agent. The reinforcing agent is acetylene black or white carbon black; and the softening agent is a silane coupling agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the fireproof rubber. By the unique formula of the fireproof rubber, a tire is high in thermal stability and moderate in hardness, and fireresistance and durability can meet requirements; and the preparation method of the rubber is simple and environmentally friendly, and the prepared rubber can meet use requirements, is durable, and has quite high economic benefit and practicability.

The invention discloses a bio-based antibacterial composite bonding material and a preparation method thereof. The bio-based antibacterial composite bonding material comprises a solid phase part, a solid phase part and a solid phase part, wherein the solid phase part comprises polymethyl methacrylate and polymethylacrylic acid nitro furfuryl alcohol ester; and the liquid phase part comprises methyl methacrylate and N, N-dimethyl p-toluidine. The preparation method of the bio-based antibacterial composite bonding material comprises the following steps: mixing the polymethyl methacrylate, the contrast agent and the initiator to obtain a mixture A; mixing the polymethylacrylic acid nitro furfuryl alcohol ester and the mixture A to obtain the solid phase part; mixing methyl methacrylate and N, N-dimethyl p-toluidine, and filtering and sterilizing the obtained solution to obtain the liquid phase part; and mixing the solid phase part and the liquid phase part, fully stirring, and curing. The bio-based antibacterial composite bonding material prepared by the invention is high in biological safety, excellent in antibacterial property and low in heat released by polymerization in a curing process.
