hobbing cutter model with high requirement for rotating speed can be changed into an auxiliary
cutting model with low requirement for rotating speed, so operation
power consumption can be reduced and service life of a steel
wire cutter can be prolonged; the whole
machine is based on a combination between an embedded ARM micro processor and an upper computer human-
machine set state interface, thereby capable of controlling each
system in a uniformed way, so the top-cutting machine can quickly response, has stable and controllable performance and high
automation degree; and positive significance is produced for cotton high yield .
