The invention discloses a wood-plastic composite material and a preparation method thereof. An energy efficient, high throughput process for aromatics recovery can be readily implemented by revamping existing sulfolane solvent extraction facilities, or constructing new ones, so as to incorporate unique process operations involving liquid-liquid extraction and extractive distillation. Current industrial sulfolane solvent based liquid-liquid extraction processes employ a liquid-liquid extraction column, an extractive stripping column, a solvent recovery column, a raffinate wash column, and a solvent regenerator. The improved process for aromatic hydrocarbon recovery from a mixture of aromatic and non-aromatic hydrocarbons requires transformation of the extractive stripping column into a modified extractive distillation column. The revamping incorporates the unique advantages of liquid-liquid extraction and extractive distillation into one process to significantly reduce energy consumption and increase process throughput. The revamp entails essentially only piping changes and minor equipment adjustments of the original liquid-liquid extraction facility, and is therefore, reversible.

The invention relates to an anti-solder-adhering flame-retardant ABS modified resin and a preparation method thereof. The resin comprises the following components in part by weight: 100 parts of ABS resin, 10 to 25 parts of bromic flame retardant, 3 to 8 parts of antimonic flame retardant, 10 to 40 parts of heat-resistant master batch, 0.1 to 0.5 part of anti-dripping agent, 0.5 to 5 parts of active substance with low surface energy, 0.2 to 1 part of antioxidant and 1 to 3 parts of lubricant. The materials are mixed in a high-speed mixer and then sent into a double-screw extruder, and conveyed, sheared and mixed by screws, the materials are melted, compounded, extruded, drawn into bars, cooled and cut into granules, so that the anti-solder-adhering flame-retardant ABS modified resin is obtained. The resin emulsion for the hydrophobic cathode electrophoretic coating is prepared by reacting cation fluorocarbon resin with a full sealing polyisocyanate crosslinking agent containing an active hydrogen compound as a sealant, then acidifying and adding deionized water to be dispersed; the cation fluorocarbon resin is prepared by polymerizing an acrylic acid monomer containing a fluorine monomer and a functional monomer through a solution and carrying out ring opening; and the full sealing polyisocyanate crosslinking agent accounts for 20-25% of the whole monomer mass and is prepared by reacting polyisocyanate with the sealant in the presence of a catalyst. After the resin emulsion is prepared into a cathode electrophoretic coating varnish and forms a film, a contact angle of a coating film and water is 100-120 degrees, therefore, the hydrophobicity, the weathering resistance and the decoration of the water-borne cathode electrophoretic coating are greatly improved.

The invention discloses molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for detecting melamine and a preparation method thereof. The MIPs are prepared by the steps as follows: cyromazine is used as a virtual moulding board and is polymerized with a functional monomer, a cross linker agent, a pore-foaming agent and an initiator at the temperature from 50 to 80 DEG C to obtain a bulk polymer; and after being processed by the operations of pulverization, screen separation, moulding board removal by acetic acid methanol and methanol, the bulk polymer is processed by vacuum drying to prepare the MIPs which have high cross reaction and outstanding selectivity to melamine. The invention selects the cyromazine as the virtual moulding board to prepare the MIPs, and avoids the problem that the melamine is hard to dissolve in a polymerization system and the problem that when the MIPs prepared by using the melamine as the moulding board is used for solid phase extraction of fill materials, moulding board leakage can lead to an inaccurate result; the invention selects the mixed system of methanol and water as the pore-foaming agent, and the prepared MIPs have high compatibility with the melamine in an aqueous solution; and used as a sample pre-processing material for analyzing the melamine, the prepared MIPs have broad application prospect.
