The invention provides a composite
oxygen carrier as well as a preparation method and application thereof to the gasification of a
solid fuel, and belongs to the technical field of energy
chemical industry. The composite
oxygen carrier is
olivine loaded by
copper oxide; the
copper oxide accounts for 5 to 30 percent of the
mass of the
olivine. According to the method, an
oxygen carrier is utilized for circularly transferring oxygen and heat; an absorbent is utilized for circularly removing
carbon dioxide and carrying out desulfurization; meanwhile, the gasification of a
raw material and the purification of a produced gas are realized. In addition, a
calcination reactor and an air reactor are connected in series; the heat generated by the oxidation regeneration of the oxygen carrier / the
combustion of a residual fuel can be used for realizing the
calcination regeneration of the absorbent. The made oxygen carrier has the advantages of being low in cost, high in activity, good in abrasion resistance, high in cyclical stability and high in anti-
sintering capacity; the gasification of the
raw material and the purification of the produced gas are realized at the same time through a double circulation device; the structure is simple; the control is easy; the
utilization rate of energy is high; the quality of the produced gas is good; the environmental
pollution is little.
