The geopolymer-polymer composite board comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-18 parts of resin adhesive liquid, 59-66 parts of concentrated alkali liquid, 30-40 parts of building rubbish, 30-40 parts of fly ash, 30-40 parts of cement, 0.5-1 part of glass fibers and 3-5 parts of interface intensifiers. The method comprises the following steps of (1) crushing and screening of the building rubbish and the fly ash; (2) blending a geopolymer-polymer composite material: dissolving resin into benzyl alcohol, adding ethylene diamine to form the resin adhesive liquid, preparing the concentrated alkali liquid, gradually adding the building rubbish and the fly ash to the concentrated alkali liquid, continuously stirring, and sequentially adding the cement, the glass fibers, the interface intensifiers and the resin adhesive liquid at the same time to obtain the geopolymer-polymer composite material; (3) forming the geopolymer-polymer composite board: pouring the geopolymer-polymer composite material into a mould, then transferring the mould into a drying box for drying, cooling, and then taking out a product. The geopolymer-polymer composite board disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high compressive strength, good water resistance, simple forming process, low energy consumption and suitability for popularization and application.
