The toughened and strengthened master batch is compounded from the following components: 10 to 20 mass parts of polyethylene, 50 to 75 mass parts of crystal whisker, 15 to 30 mass parts of elastomer, coupling agent which is 1 to 3 percent of the mass parts of the crystal whisker, lubricant which is 1 to 3 percent of the mass parts of the crystal whisker, and antioxidant which is 0.5 to 1 percent of the mass parts of the total mass. The invention mainly prepares the master batch from the crystal whisker, fills the polyolefin to toughen, strengthen and modify the master batch; and because the crystal whisker has high strength, high modulus, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, heat insulation and other excellent performance, the utilization of the crystal whisker to fill, toughen and strengthen the polyolefin has good effect. The invention first treats the surface of the crystal whisker so that the surface has activity and is easy to be compatible with a matrix, the crystal whisker is easy to be dispersed in materials, and the master batch prepared by the invention can greatly improve the toughness and the strength of the polyolefin.

The novel antistatic agent has the advantages as follows: on the one hand, due to the ultrahigh conductivity of graphene, a good conductive channel can be formed in matrix resin under the condition that the added amount is small, and on the other hand, the hyperbranched polyethylene surface modified graphene can be well dispersed in UHMWPE and adhesive power between the graphene and an interface of UHMWPE is improved.

A method and apparatus for preventing the unintended activation of SMA devices by ambient temperatures that exceed the phase transition temperature of the SMA material itself. In one embodiment a passive actuator is coupled to an active actuator, each having identical arrangements of SMA wire, but connected in opposite directions to compensate for temperature drift that is not due to powered heating. A second embodiment consists of a passive SMA wire connected to a latch / release mechanism allowing the actuator itself to move rather than moving the load. In a third embodiment the passive wire is connected to a load coupling, so that the load itself is disconnected from the actuator when the passive wire reaches the phase transition temperature. The passive wire may be made of a lower-temperature wire than the active wires, so that the release action occurs long before the active wire begins to be moved by ambient temperature.

The solid waste unfired ceramsite provided by the invention is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 50 to 55 percent of steel slag powder, 10 to 15 percent ofore slag powder, 5 to 10 percent of cement, 1 to 5 percent of an excitant, 3 to 5 percent of a density regulator and 20 to 30 percent of water. The stacking density of the solid waste unfired ceramsite provided by the invention is 600-700kg / m<3>, the cylinder compressive strength is 8-12MPa, and the water absorption rate is 6-8%. The baking-free ceramsite foam concrete prepared from the solid waste baking-free ceramsite has relatively low density and a heat conductivity coefficient, and also has excellent compression resistance and stability.
