Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-molecular material and particularly relates to a preparation method of a halogen-free flame-retarding anti-static polypropylene material. The main formula of the halogen-free flame-retarding anti-static polypropylene material comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polypropylene, 40-60 parts of a flame retardant, 2-6 parts of a flame-retarding additive, 5-10 parts of an anti-static agent, 0.05-1 part of an antioxidant and 10-20 parts of filler. The preparation method is characterized in that the anti-static property of the polypropylene material is improved by adopting graphene subjected to surface modification with a silane coupling agent as an anti-static agent. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that on one hand, due to ultrahigh conductivity of the graphene, a good conductive channel can be formed in matrix resin by addition of a less amount of the graphene; on the other hand, the graphene subjected to surface modification with the silane coupling agent can be well dispersed in polypropylene, and further the bonding capability of the graphene and the interface of polypropylene is improved.
