The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to anhydrous ethanol, and performing ultrasonic uniform stirring until the polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved in order to obtain a dispersed alcohol solution; carrying out wet ball-milling on the hydroxyapatite to form a fine powder, slowly adding the fine powder to the dispersed alcohol solution, and performing a low-temperature ultrasonic reaction for 2-3 h to obtain a first mixed solution; adding dichlorodimethylsilane to toluene, performing stirring until uniformity, then dropwise adding distilled water, and performing sealing stirring for 1-3 h to obtain a second mixed solution; slowly adding the first mixed solution to the second mixed medium, carrying out low-temperature and high-frequency ultrasonic dispersion for 30-60 min, and performing microwave oscillation for 1-2 h to obtaina pre-spinning solution; carrying out high-temperature electrostatic spinning on the pre-spinning solution to obtain single-fiber spun filament, twisting several strands of the single-fiber spin filaments to form twisted spun filaments, and bundling the twisted spun filaments to form a fiber web; and adding the fiber web an ethanol-water solution, carrying out a microwave oscillation reaction for30-60 min, and taking out and drying the fiber web to obtain the organosilicon / hydroxyapatite composite fiber material.
