The anti-aging asphalt is prepared by the melt blending of 90% to 99% of asphalt and 1% to 10% of the anti-aging additive. According to the performance characteristics of the different raw materials in the invention, the anti-aging additive which has the good thermal stability and can obviously improve the thermo-aging resistance, the oxidative-aging resistance and the light-aging resistance of the asphalt is compounded; the anti-aging asphalt which has the good compatibility is prepared from the anti-aging additive, so that the synergetic effects on improving the thermo-oxidative aging resistance and the light-oxidative aging resistance of the different asphalts are achieved. The anti-aging asphalt prepared from the anti-aging additive is not only good in thermo-oxidative aging resistance but also excellent in light-oxidative aging resistance.
