The invention discloses a preparation method of a medicinal controlled-release
coating having pH response on the surface of a
titanium implant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, preparing a TiO2
nanotube array on the surface of the
titanium implant by adopting an
anodic oxidation method, wherein the TiO2
nanotube array serves as a nanometer loading device of medicines, then,
grafting poly-L-
glutamic acid to orifices of the TiO2 nanotubes, and preparing a
medicine controlled-release
system with an 'opening / closing' function by utilizing the property that the secondarystructure of
PLGA has reversible change along with the change of the pH value, wherein the pH response range of
PLGA on the TiO2 nanotubes is 5.5-7.0, the thickness has reversible change along with the change of the pH value, and the change of thickness of the
polymer causes great change of the passing ability of liquid in nanopores. With the novel intelligent
nanotube medicinal controlled-release
system having pH response, the defect that the existing anti-microbial slow-release
system on the surface of the
titanium implant can not make corresponding response to the local tissue micro-environment of the implant is well overcome, the effective anti-microbial effect is really realized, and a novel method is provided for treating relevant infection of the implant.
