The invention relates to a preparation method of an antislip
ceramic aggregate. The technical scheme includes that the preparation method includes steps of (1), taking raw materials including, by weight, 50-60% of kaolin with the particle size smaller than or equal to 250 micrometers, 20-30% of
feldspar powder with the particle size smaller than or equal to 58 micrometers, 10-15% of
ground glass with the particle size smaller than or equal to 80 micrometers and 1.5-8% of
chromophore with the particle size smaller than or equal to 45 micrometers, according to a formula; (2), feeding the raw materials into a
ball mill to carry out ball milling after adding water into the raw materials, pouring
slurry into a tank after ball milling,
drying the
slurry into blocks,
grinding and granulating the blocks to obtain particle materials; (3), filling the particle materials formed in the step (2) into a
saggar and then putting the
saggar into a liquefied gas drawer
kiln, and finally firing to obtain
colored antislip
ceramic aggregate. The preparation method is simple in procedure; the prepared
colored antislip
ceramic aggregate has stable chemical and
physical performance, is
corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, aging resistant and colorful; signing construction coatings are thin, and thus, production cost is reduced greatly.
