The invention discloses an MXene / bimetal oxide composite material, a preparation method thereof and a lithium ion battery negative electrode material, and belongs to the technical field of preparationof a lithium battery electrode material. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, uniformly mixing a transition metal carbon / nitride thin film and two types of acetylacetone metal salts, and dissolving the mixture in a benzyl ether solvent to obtain a precursor solution; secondly, achieving pyrolysis of the acetylacetone metal salts by an in-situ pyrolysis method, and growing a bimetal oxide on a surface of the transition metal carbon / nitride thin film; and finally, obtaining the MXene / bimetal oxide composite material after ultrasound centrifugal cleaning on a mixed liquid of n-hexane and alcohol. Epoxy resin bi-component binding agents modified by polyurethane

The invention discloses an epoxy resin bi-component binding agent system modified by polyurethane. The epoxy resin bi-component binding agent system is characterized in that the binding agent system blows gaseous sulfur dioxide for solidification, and the binding agent system comprises the following components in percentage by weight: (a) 1 to 40 parts of benzyl ether phenolic resin; (b) 0.1 to 10 parts of polymeric isocyanate; (c) 40 to 80 parts of epoxy resin; (d) 20 to 30 parts of acrylate; (e) 1 to 30 parts of high boiling ester and / or hydrocarbon thinners; and (f) 15 to 75 parts of organic peroxide. The epoxy resin bi-component binding agent system modified by polyurethane overcomes the disadvantages in the prior art that cold box binding agents adopting sulfur dioxide for blowing hardening have fragility and bad temperature resistance, can improve the strength of a sand core and a sand mold during the casting and using process, reduces the rejection rate, and improves the casting quality.

The invention discloses a high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin and a preparation method thereof, and a method for applying the high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin to a cold box binder, belonging to the technical field of phenolic resin. The high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin contains more than 27% of a hydroxymethyl group. The high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin is prepared by adding a molten phenol mixture, paraformaldehyde and a composite catalyst into a reaction vessel, selecting a proper mol ratio of phenolic to aldehyde and carrying out reaction under certain conditions. The prepared high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin has high hydroxymethyl content and realizes rapid reaction and curing with isocyanate radicals of isocyanate under the catalysis of amine, so normal-temperature strength of the resin is improved. Compared with the prior art, the high-ortho benzyl ether phenolic resin provided by the invention has the following advantages when applied to non-ferrous casting: under the condition that normal-temperature strength of a resin sand core is guaranteed, the usage amount of the resin is greatly reduced; collapsibility of the resin sand core is improved; the residual quantity of tar on a metal die is decreased; and production efficiency is improved.

The invention relates to a contrast agent and particularly relates to a dual-mode synergistically-enhanced magnetic-resonance contrast agent and a method for synthesizing the same. The dual-mode synergistically-enhanced magnetic-resonance contrast agent is synthesized in one pot by taking the compound of a contrasting material T1 and a contrasting material T2 as a reaction precursor. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving gadolinium oleate or gadolinium acetylacetone and ferric oleate or ferric acetylacetonate into octadecene or benzyl ether, adding oleic acid, heating an obtained solution, carrying out reflux reaction to obtain a reaction solution, cooling to room temperature, adding a first solvent to precipitate a product of reaction, centrifuging, removing a supernate, and dissolving a precipitate into a second solvent. The method is simple in steps, is convenient to operate, ensures high yield and is suitable for large-scale preparation. The idea of doping and synthesizing ensures that the field directions of the contrasting material T1 and the contrasting material T2 are parallel and same in the external magnetic field. The dual-mode contrast agent synthesized from the contrasting material T1 and the contrasting material T2 has the capacity of making two imaging modes complementary to each other and can obtain two imaging results nearly at the same time in the same place under the same resolution.

Epoxy resin double-component adhesion agent prepared by using cold box process as well as casting mixture and casting formed body

The invention discloses an epoxy resin double-component adhesion agent system prepared by using a cold box process. The epoxy resin double-component adhesion agent is characterized in that the adhesion agent system blows gaseous sulfur dioxide to cure. The adhesion agent system comprises the following components in parts by weight: (a) 1-40 parts of benzyl ether phenolic resin; (b) 0.1-10 parts of polyisocyanate; (c) 40-80 parts of epoxy resin; (d) 20-30 parts of acrylate; (e) 1-30 parts of ester with a high boiling point and/or a hydrocarbon diluent; and (f) 15-75 parts of organic peroxides. The weight-average molecular weight of the benzyl ether phenolic resin is in a range of 500-2000. With the adoption of the adhesion agent system, the defects that the cold box adhesion agent for curing the sulfur dioxide by blowing in the prior art has poor brittleness and poor temperature resistance can be overcome, so that the strength of a core sand mould is improved in a casting process of the core sand mould; the rejection ratio is reduced; the quality of a casting piece is improved; and meanwhile, the viscosity of the adhesion agent is reduced. The epoxy resin double-component adhesion agent system is beneficial to a casting process.

By the method, the content of organic matters in the discharged wastewater is reduced to very low concentration, the wastewater can be discharged after simple treatment, the treatment amount of the organic matter-containing wastewater is reduced, the concentration of the organic matters in the wastewater is reduced, and the environment pollution is greatly reduced.

The invention provides an electrochemical synthesis method of a 2-substituted benzothiazole compound. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding an electrolyte, a manganese salt catalyst,an electrolytic solvent, a benzyl ether compound and o-aminothiophenol into a diaphragm-free electrolytic tank, inserting an anode and a cathode, and carrying out electrochemical reaction under stirring, electrifying and constant-current conditions; and (2) after the reaction is finished, extracting the reacted solution, and performing separation and purification to obtain the 2-substituted benzothiazole compound. According to the invention, in a diaphragm-free single-chamber electrolytic tank, the benzyl ether compound and o-aminothiophenol are used as the raw materials to acquire the 2-substituted benzothiazole compound under the conditions of normal temperature, normal pressure and constant current; wherein the manganese salt is low in price, a peroxidant does not need to be additionally added in the synthesis process, the reaction conditions are mild and safe, the product yield is high, the production cost is low, meanwhile, the environmental pollution is small, the requirements of green chemistry are met, and a feasible scheme is provided for industrialization of the 2-substituted benzothiazole compound.
