crystallization in the storage process, and the like. The storage device comprises a
storage tank, a
discharge pipe on a
storage tank body is connected with a transverse
pipe through a
discharge brake valve, and ball valves at the two ends of the transverse
pipe are respectively connected with a set of feeding and feeding back
system. A tee joint A of each feeding and feeding back
system is connected with the
ball valve at one end of the transverse pipe, the tee joints A are connected with a
pneumatic actuator A and a
pneumatic actuator B, the
pneumatic actuator A is connected with a tee joint B, the other port of the tee joint B is connected with an inlet end of a feeding and feeding back circulation pump through a filter, a pipeline of an outlet end is connected with a tee joint C, a full-automatic vent valve and a
check valve are arranged on the pipeline, one pipeline of the tee joint C is connected with the pneumatic
actuator B, one pipeline of the tee joint C is connected with a tee joint D through a feeding and feeding back pneumatic
actuator, and a feeding back pipeline of the tee joint D is connected with the tee joint B through a pneumatic
actuator C. The storage device has the
advantage that the materials, even in a large number, will not be prone to
crystallization in the storage process.
