Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that: 1) the damage of rigid collision between the milling balls to the graphite crystal structure is effectively reduced by adopting the soft polymer to wrap the hard milling balls, meanwhile, the soft polymer has stronger friction force with the graphite so as to greatly improve the milling and peeling effects, and the yield of the graphene can reach 30 to 50 weight percent; 2) the adopted ball milling process is easier to expand the scale and implement industrialized production; 3) except little defect at the edge part, the graphene crystal structure is kept intact; and 4) the graphene product has even thickness which is kept between 1 and 2 carbon atom layers.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene foam material, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 100 parts by weight of polypropylene, 5-35 parts by weight of an intumescent composite flame retardant and 1-5 parts by weight of a foaming aid, uniformly mixing, and carrying out extrusion granulation to prepare expandable polypropylene particles; (2) putting the expandable polypropylene particles prepared in the step (1), water, a dispersing agent and a foaming agent into a high-pressure reaction kettle, pressurizing and heating, and pre-foaming to obtain foamed polypropylene beads; and (3) carrying out steam molding on the foamed polypropylene beads prepared in the step (2) to obtain the halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene foam material. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the influence of the addition of the intumescent flame retardant on the foam pore form and the foaming ratio of the foamed polypropylene is solved; and the polypropylene foam material with stable foaming ratio, intact cell structure and excellent mechanical property and flame retardant property is prepared.

The invention relates to a novel tow chain cable. The novel tow chain cable comprises an electric wire core and tow chain rings. The tow chain rings are flat ring cylinder-shaped. Bar magnets extending along the axial direction of the tow chain rings are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction in the tow chain rings. All the bar magnets are consistent in the direction of magnetic pole arrangement. Translation wheels are also equidistantly installed on the external ring surface of the tow chain rings. The wheel surfaces of all the translation wheel pass through the axes of the tow chain rings. Annular lines are carved on the internal ring surfaces of the tow chain rings. The cable is simple in structure and convenient for storage and use; and rapid stretching and translation of the cable can be realized, and lateral movement of the cable can also be realized so that work efficiency can be substantially enhanced.
