The invention discloses a two-photon dye contained metal organic frame material for detecting physiological temperature. The metal organic frame material can realize fluorescence temperature detection of all-brand biological transparent windows and has the chemical formula of [M(L)x(G)y].(R)n, wherein M is a metal ion, L is a triangular symmetrical organic ligand containing a tricarboxylate group, G is a solvent molecule, and R represents a dye molecule in a pore. The material is prepared with a solvothermal method and emits visible light in a range of 650-700 nm under excitation of laser being 1000-1064 nm. The two wavelength ranges are located in a second biological window and a first biological window, and the problem of absorption by water can be effectively solved; the material is luminous, sensitive to temperature, good in cycling performance and capable of effectively detecting the physiological temperature. Quantum efficiency and thermal stability of dye after being loaded are obviously improved, stability in water and a PBS (physiological buffer solution) is high, and biocompatibility is good. The material is expected to be applied in the fields of biomedicine and the like.

A phosphorus-containing functional group is introduced into a peripheral end group of a hyperbranched polyether skeleton through molecular design, and the hyperbranched scale-inhibiting polymer has excellent chemical stability in water when being compared with a polyester hyperbranched polymer; due to introduction of an end phosphorus-containing functional group, the local phosphorus concentration is increased, the peripheral steric hindrance of the phosphorus functional group is improved and the scale-inhibiting property and the coroosion-inhibiting property of the hyperbranched scale-inhibiting polymer are effectively improved. When PBTCA (2-phosphoryl-1,2,4-butane tricarboxylate) serving as the phosphorus-containing functional group is introduced into the hyperbranched end group, the own performance of the PBTCA can be maintained, the scale-inhibiting and corrosion-inhibiting properties of the PBTCA can be further improved, and the hyperbranched scale-inhibiting polymer can be applied to circulating cooling water with high temperature, wide pH range, complex scale materials, a high water fixing system and the like.

The invention discloses a preparation method of high-purity methyl oleate, and relates to the technical field of purification of methyl oleate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding urea and methyl oleate raw materials into a low-carbon alcohol solution, heating and dissolving to obtain a uniform solution, cooling and freezing the uniform solution, separating out a urea inclusion of low-carbon chain methyl ester and saturated carbon chain methyl ester, filtering to remove the urea inclusion, distilling and concentrating the filtrate to obtain a concentrate of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate, dissolving the concentrate into naphthane, then adding maleic anhydride and iodine, heating to react until methyl linoleate in the concentrate generates C22 tribasic carboxylic acid methyl ester, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, distilling the reaction solution obtained in the S3, removing the solvent naphthane, and filtering to remove the C22 sodium tricarboxylate, thereby obtaining the high-purity methyl oleate. Saturated fatty acid methyl ester in methyl oleate is removed through a urea inclusion method, then polyunsaturated fatty acid methyl ester is removed through a reaction method, and therefore high-purity methyl oleate is obtained.
