The method comprises the following steps: adding a filter cloth cleaning agent with the adding concentration of 300 to 1000 mg/L into a pool at the front end of the plate frame type sludge dehydrator, mixing uniformly, injecting into a dehydrator filter plate, performing soaking treatment on the filter cloth for 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and directly entering normal sludge-removing operation without washing with clean water, wherein the filter cloth cleaning agent comprises 10 to 30 percent of 2-phosphate-1,2,4-butane tricarboxylate, 10 to 30 percent of hydroxy ethylenediphosphonic acid, 15 to 40 percent of acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate-2-acrylamide-2-methyl propylsulfonic acid copolymer, 0.5to 2 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of water.
