A passive investment system based on indices created from various metrics is disclosed. The indexes may be built with metrics other than market capitalization weighting, price weighting or equal weighting. These metrics may include, but are not limited to book value, sales, revenue, earnings, earnings per share, income, income growth rate, dividends, dividends per share, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization, etc. Non-financial metrics may also be used to build indexes to create passive investment systems. Additionally, a combination of financial non-market capitalization metrics may be used along with non-financial metrics to create passive investment systems. Once the index is built, it may be used as a basis to purchase securities for a portfolio. As the data underlying the indexes changes because of, e.g., economic activity, the index may be updated and may be used as a basis to rebalance the portfolio. Alternatively, the index can be rebalanced when a pre-determined threshold is reached. Specifically excluded are widely-used capitalization-weighted indexes and price-weighted indexes, in which the price of a security contributes in a substantial way to the calculation of the weight of that security in the index or the portfolio. Valuation indifferent indexes of the present invention avoid overexposure to overvalued securities and underexposure to undervalued securities, as compared with conventional capitalization-weighted and price-weighted. The production process of cold rolled non-orientation electric steel plate comprising C not more than 0.0050 wt%, Si not more than 2.50 wt%, Al not more than 1.0 wt%, Si+2Al not more than 2.50 wt%, Mn 0.10-1.50 wt%, P not more than 0.20 wt%, S not more than 0.005 wt%, N not more than 0.0025 wt%, Sn+Sb not more than 0.2 wt%, and Fe and inevitable impurities for the rest includes the following steps: 1. smelting, continuous casting and rolling; 2. normalizing treatment of the hot rolled plate through heating at heating rate of 5-15 deg.c / s to over Ac1, heat soaking at 1100 deg.c below for 10-90 s, cooling in two stages including cooling at the cooling rate belw 15 deg.c / s to below 650 deg.c and cooling at the cooling rate capable of ensuring the plate form to below 80 deg.c; 3. cold rolling; and 4. final annealing to form the cold rolled non-orientation electric steel plate.

Biomass pyrolysis liquefied technique and double tower apparatus system thereof

The invention relates to a biomass analgesic liquidation method and its twin-tower set system, the processes of which comprise the following steps: sending biomass to pyrolytic reaction tower and blending it with high-heat fluidized gas to subject biomass to pyrolytic cracking; separating thermal cracking gas with carbon residue and ash content in separator; and condensing thermal cracking gas to biological oil in condenser. In the process, heat-carrying agent is exported from pyrolytic reaction tower along with thermal cracking gas, carbon residue and so on, and carbon residue is used to preheat heat-carrying agent. The invention is special for heat-carrying agent heating tower to burn carbon residue and primary separator to separate heat-carrying agent, carbon residue and other materials. The invention can not only increase circulation rate to ensure uniform and stable temperature field in pyrolytic reaction tower, higher heating rates and shorter detention period of gas phase, but also make use of carbon residue as heat source by using existing apparatus.
