The invention provides a method for purifying
water quality of a circulating water factory aquacultural
system and a composite microbial inoculum thereof. The method is to prepare three microbe composite florae into a unit preparation respectively, wherein a composite
flora I consists of 30 to 50 percent of
photosynthetic bacteria, 30 to 50 percent of bacillus, and 20 to 30 percent of
lactobacillus; a composite
flora II consists of 20 to 30 percent of
photosynthetic bacteria, and 70 to 80 percent of nitrobacteria; a composite
flora III consists of 20 to 40 percent of pseudomonad, 20 to 40 percent of the bacillus, 20 to 40 percent of
alcaligenes, and 20 to 40 percent of
paracoccus; and the three composite florae are used in the
water quality purification treating process of the circulating water factory aquacultural
system in working sections according to the proportion that the composite flora I is between 30 and 40 percent, the composite flora II is between 30 and 40 percent, and the composite flora III is between 30 and 40 percent. The florae with beneficial functions are harmonized and compensated with each other, so that high-efficiency degradation of pollutants and
water body purification can be realized, the dissolved
oxygen content can be improved, pH value can be stabilized, and yielding water can meet the requirement of
aquaculture.
