The invention discloses a systematic method for equipment integrity management of an oil-refining chemical engineering enterprise. The systematic method comprises the following steps of acquiring basic data in equipment management, and evaluating an existing equipment management method of the enterprise; establishing an enterprise equipment integrity management method which relates to a policy, an object, organization resource and file control, training, equipment selection and grading management, risk management, quality assurance, testing and preventive maintenance, equipment professional management, defect management, variation management, performance monitoring and corrosion preventing measures, management review and continuous management; and carding and making a corresponding equipment management process and an operation file. Through effectively applying equipment integrity management, the systematic method has advantages of improving equipment intrinsic safety level, improving equipment management level, improving safety, reliability and economic performance of the equipment, eliminating potential hazard of the equipment, preventing equipment accidents, and ensuring safe and long-period operation of the oil-refining chemical engineering enterprise.
