The invention provides low-
halogen rotation UV (
Ultraviolet) environment-friendly ink, which comprises the following
raw material components in percentage by weight: 55-75 percent of mixed resin, 5-11 percent of a mixed
ultraviolet initiator, 0.05-0.5 percent of a
polymerization inhibitor, 1-2 percent of a dispersing agent, 16-45 percent of a
pigment, 1-3 percent of an adhesion accelerating agent, 1-3 percent of an anti-scratch wear-resistant aid and 3-8 percent of a functional filler. The invention further provides a preparation method of the low-
halogen cycle UV environment-friendly ink. The low-
halogen cycle UV environment-friendly ink provided by the invention is cured rapidly, is in a bright color, has soft and uniform color and luster, contributes to greatly enhancing the
alcohol wiping resistance and eraser wiping resistance, and is free from halogen and
heavy metals; small molecular active monomers and solvents are not used, so that volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are avoided, the irritant
odor of ink is reduced greatly, and the ink is environment-friendly; and meanwhile, the ink has high flowability, high printing adaptability and
high adhesion, and can be used for printing on various substrates and rotary printers.
