A polyphosphate and amino acid copolymer prepared by the method has good hydrophilcity and degrading performance, and good mechanical properties; the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) of a degraded product is 6.5 to 7.5 and stimulation reaction is not caused; the polyphosphate and amino acid copolymer has good effect when being used for in-vivo repairing and has good clinical application prospect.
