Physical characterization and performance test results of the corrosion inhibitor show that oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt has better slow release performance, and the slow release performance of the benzyl chloride is better than the slow release performance of the dimethyl sulfate after being quaternized. A polarization curve test shows that synthesized corrosion inhibitors are all cathodal depression type corrosion inhibitors.

At present, researches on preparation of microcapsules from chitosan and silicon dioxide used as double-wall materials are rarely reported in public. The preparation method comprises the following steps: simultaneously adding an amphiphilic triblock copolymer, a silicon dioxide precursor, a silane coupling agent and a hydrophobic micromolecule substance into an organic solvent, and dissolving by stirring at room temperature so as to obtain a mixed liquor; adding 90-150 mg of chitosan powder into a weak acidic solution to obtain a chitosan dissolved solution; gradually dropwise adding the mixed liquor into the chitosan dissolved solution at room temperature and carrying out ultrasonic treatment so as to obtain the organic-inorganic double-shell microcapsule for temperature-controlled release of hydrophobic micromolecules. By an interfacial polymerization method, the double-wall microcapsule with chitosan used as an outer shell and silicon dioxide used as an inner shell is obtained. Release rate of a core material is gradually reducing with the rising of temperature. The microcapsule has an obvious temperature-controlled release effect on hydrophobic micromolecules, and release efficiency is high.

The invention provides a method for preparing biodegradable polymer nano particles. The method comprises the following main steps of: mixing an oil phase solution of a biodegradable polymer and an aqueous phase solution of a surfactant; uniformly filtering the mixed solution for a few times through a manual membrane filtering device to obtain biodegradable polymer emulsion with uniform size; and volatilizing the organic solvent to obtain an aqueous solution of the biodegradable polymer nano particles, removing the surfactant by high-speed centrifuging, then dispersing with deionized water, and thus obtaining dispersion of the biodegradable polymer nano particles. By the method, experimental parameters such as the concentration of the biodegradable polymer, the membrane aperture, the membrane filtering times, the concentration of the surfactant, the molecular weight of the biodegradable polymer and the like can be conveniently adjusted, and the medicament release rate can be controlled by effectively controlling the particle diameter; the prepared nano particles have uniform size; control of medicament loading quantity is facilitated, so that the medicament release efficiency is improved, and the effective acting time is increased; and the method is simple and quick, and is suitable for large-scale production.
