The invention discloses a non-autoclaved aerated
phosphogypsum-based concrete block preparation method and solves problems of high one-time investment,
high energy consumption and easiness in crackingof aerated
phosphogypsum-based concrete blocks in the prior art. The preparation method includes: preparing, by weight, 40-60 parts of ardealite, 5-15 parts of
slag powder, 5-10 parts of
carbide slag, 5-15 parts of
coal ash, 25-40 parts of
cement, 0.1-0.15 part of silica
sol and 0.07-0.1 part of aluminum
powder paste; adding the raw materials into a stirring tank, adding hot water, stirring, adding aluminum
powder paste, and stirring to obtain mixed
slurry; immediately discharging the mixed
slurry from the stirring tank into a steel mould through a chute, and after pouring, sending through arail to a curing area to realize foaming and hardening;
cutting a cured and hardened cast material into blocks, and performing normal-temperature
moisture curing; transferring through the rail to a natural
drying and
dewatering area to
pile up, and detecting to obtain a qualified finished product. The method has advantages that making full use of industrial byproducts is realized, investment reduction and
energy consumption reduction are realized, and the prepared product is high in quality and less prone to
cracking.
