The invention discloses an anticorrosion surfacing method for the inner wall of a steel
pipe welding seam. The method is different from the general steel wear-resistant surfacing and the size
recovery surfacing and is the anticorrosion surfacing method for the inner wall of the
pipe end of a steel
pipe on the premise of guaranteeing the good
welding performance and the anticorrosion performance of the
pipe welding seam. The method is the technology for guaranteeing the continuity of an anticorrosion layer of the inner wall of the steel pipe and belongs to the main part of the inner surfacing anticorrosion technology of the steel
pipe welding seam. According to the method, through floating turning of the inner wall of the pipe end, the cleanness of the surface of a pre-surfacing
base metal is improved, and the quality of a surfacing layer is guaranteed; and through interface vacant-
combustion solid solution, smooth transition of an anticorrosion
coating and the anticorrosion surfacing layer of the inner wall of the steel pipe is guaranteed. By the adoption of the method, the anticorrosion performance of the anticorrosion surfacing layer and the continuity of the anticorrosion layer of the inner wall of the whole steel pipe can be guaranteed, it also can be guaranteed that the
cut-off, caused by input of energy of surfacing lines, of the pipe end of the steel pipe does not exceed the range specified in the pipeline steel pipe standard, and the practicability of the inner surfacing anticorrosion technology for the steel
pipe welding seam is guaranteed. The effect of the anticorrosion surfacing for the inner wall of the steel pipe
