The present invention relates to a manufacture method of micro-
organism-inhibiting gel. The manufacture method comprises the following steps: 1) raw materials are weighed and the weighed raw materialsare cleaned and selected for a standby application; 2) 20 ml of
ethanol is taken to dissolve 3 g of methyl 4-
hydroxybenzoate to prepare a methyl 4-
hydroxybenzoate solution for a standby application;3) radix sophorae flavescentis, cortex phellodendri, fructus cnidii,
safflowers and mint are taken, water is added, and the materials are cooked twice to obtain an extractum for a standby application;4) 20 g of carbomer is taken, 100 g of
purified water is added, and the carbomer is soaked for 24 hours until fully swollen to obtain a
gel matrix for a standby application; 5) the methyl 4-
hydroxybenzoate solution is mixed with the extractum,
polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and glycerin are added,
triethanolamine is added dropwise to adjust pH to 7,
purified water is supplemented to atotal
mass of 1,000 g, and stirring and mixing evenly are conducted for a standby application; and 6) sub-packaging, inspecting, packaging, and storing after qualified are conducted. Advantages are asfollows: the micro-
organism-inhibiting gel with an average micro-
organism-inhibiting rate of 50% or more against
staphylococcus aureus,
candida albicans and
escherichia coli can be prepared, and themicro-organism-inhibiting gel has remarkable results in diseases of genital
itching,
waist and
abdomen pains, abnormal
leukorrhea,
frequent urination, odynuria, etc.
