The preparation method of Fe3O4@C-NT / Ni is simpleand efficient, high in recycling rate, safe and environmentally friendly. The invention provides a Ni3ZnC0.7@C one-dimensional porous nanocomposite and a preparation method thereof and application in water electrolysis. The one-dimensional novel zinc-nickel carbide / graphitecarbon porous nanocomposite (Ni3ZnC0.7@C) is obtained through simple one-step solid-state pyrolysis in an inert atmosphere by taking organic molecule-intercalated layered nickel-zinc hydroxides as single precursors. The Ni3ZnC0.7@C porous nanorods have the structural characteristics of the uniform morphology, the uniform particle size, the high dispersion, the high crystallization degree, the large specific surface area, the high interfacial interaction and the like. When the prepared Ni3ZnC0.7@C porous nanorods are applied to catalytic water electrolysis hydrogen production, the Ni3ZnC0.7@Cporous nanorods show the high catalytic activity, the overpotential can be as low as 151 mV(i=10 mA / cm<2>), and meanwhile the Ni3ZnC0.7@C porous nanorods have the excellent stability (the testing performance keeps 98% or above in 10 h) and the high corrosion resistance.

Preparation method of nickel carbide nanometer material with different morphologies

The invention discloses a nickel carbide nano material with different morphologies and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a sodium sulfate solution and a triethanolamine solution, mixing the two solutions, and then adding a potassium tetracyanonickelate solution, an ammonia water solution and absolute ethyl alcohol; sealing the mixed solution in a hydrothermal reaction kettle, and carrying out solvothermal reaction; centrifugally separating and washing the reaction product, and staying overnight under a vacuum condition to obtain a dark green precursor; and roasting the dark green precursor to obtain the nickel carbide nano material. The method is simple to operate and low in cost, and the product is high in purity, good in crystal form, controllable and good in reproducibility. The prepared nickel carbide nano-material with different morphologies is of three structures: irregular nano-sheets, spherical nano-particles and regular quadrangles, and the specific surface area of the material is effectively increased through the regular and ordered nickel carbide nano-materials, so that the active sites of the material are increased, and the performance of the material is improved.
