In the method, a tablet and a coil are used. The tablet is prepared by preforming the encapsulation material into a shape having a flat plate-shaped portion and a pillar-shaped convex portion on a peripheral thereof. The coil is a wound conductive wire having a cross-section of rectangular-shape. The coil is placed on the tablet to allow both ends of the coil to extend along an outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet. The coil and the encapsulation material are integrated together while clamping the both ends of the coil between an inner wall surface of the mold die assembly and the outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet, to form a molded body. External electrodes are formed on a surface of or around an outer periphery of the molded body in such a manner that the external electrodes are electrically connected to the both ends of the coil at least a portion of which is exposed to the surface of the molded body.

The method has the beneficial effects that a clean preparation method is adopted, so not only can the catalyst be easily formed and the strength of the catalyst be improved, but also the pore volume and specific surface area of the catalyst can be increased and the dispersity of metals in the catalyst can be improved, thus the catalyst has higher hydrocracking activity, middle oil selectivity and stability; and the catalyst prepared by the method can be used for a single-section hydrocracking process of a non-refining section or a one-section serial hydrocracking process of a refining section.

The invention relates to a process for preparing 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone, in particular to a process for preparing 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone employing a sulfoxide oxidation method. The process comprises the following steps: carrying out friedel-crafts reaction with chlorobenzene and thionyl chloride under the action of a catalyst to obtain the 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone; dissolving the obtained 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone with a solvent; adding hydrogen peroxide and carrying out oxidation reaction to obtain a 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone crude product; carrying out secondary oxidation refining on the obtained 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone crude product; and finally preparing high-purity 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone. The purity of the 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone purified by the refining process is greater than 99.5%; the refining yield is greater than 98.5%; and the process completely meets the synthesis requirements of high-performance polymers.
