Catalyst for preparing epoxy propane by propylene liquid-phase epoxidation reaction and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing epoxy propane by one-step liquid phase oxidation based on isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide as an oxidant and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst is Ti-SBA-15 porous material and is characterized in that titanium is loaded on SBA-15 material by using a chemical vapor deposition method, wherein the SBA-15 has the pore diameter from 6 nanometersto 7 nanometers and a hexagonal structure, and a template agent in the SBA-15 is removed by using an ethanol extraction method. Ti-SBA-15 which is prepared by means of 1.5-hour chemical vapor deposition at 700 DEG C is used as a catalyst, reaction is performed for 4 hours at 2.4MPa and 80 DEG C, the conversion rate of isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide can reach 87%, and the selectivity of epoxy propane can reach 96%. The catalyst is simple in preparation and easy in post-reaction separation, can be recycled many times, and has high chemical stability. The reaction process for preparing epoxy propane by one-step propylene epoxidation, in which the Ti-SBA-15 prepared by using the method provided the invention is used as the catalyst, has the characteristics of few byproducts, simple treatmentof reaction liquid, good environmental friendliness and the like.

The invention relates to a method for producing 1,2-epoxy cyclohexane and alpha, alpha-dimethyl benzyl alcohol. The method mainly solves the problems of serious production process pollution, poor product quality and high production cost when the 1,2-epoxy cyclohexane and the alpha, alpha-dimethyl benzyl alcohol are separately produced in the prior art. Isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide and cyclohexene undergo oxidation-reduction reaction on a titanium-containing porous silicon dioxide catalyst under the mild reaction condition, wherein the isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide is reduced into the alpha, alpha-dimethyl benzyl alcohol, and the cyclohexene is oxidized into the 1,2-epoxy cyclohexane; and meanwhile, by adjusting the molar ratio of the cyclohexene to the isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide in the raw materials, the cyclohexene is totally converted or has little residue in the reaction process. According to the technical scheme, the problems are well solved, and the method can be used for industrial production of producing the 1,2-epoxy cyclohexane and the alpha, alpha-dimethyl benzyl alcohol.

The method comprises following steps: 1-pentene and isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide are subjected to epoxidation reaction under the action of an epoxidation catalyst so as to obtain a reaction solution containing 1,2-cyclopentene oxide and dimethyl-benzyl carbinol; the reaction solution is subjected to separation so as to obtain 1,2-cyclopentene oxide and dimethyl-benzyl carbinol; 1,2-cyclopentene oxide and water are subjected to hydrolysis reaction under the action of a hydrolysis catalyst, and rectification is carried out so as to obtain 1,2-pentanediol. According to the method, 1-pentene and isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide are taken as the raw materials in combined production of dimethyl-benzyl carbinol and 1,2-pentanediol, operation is simple, synthesis cost is low, no waste water is generated in synthesis process, dimethyl-benzyl carbinol selectivity is 90% or higher, and 1,2-pentanediol selectivity is 80% or higher.

The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing epoxy propane by one-step liquid phase oxidation based on isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide as an oxidant and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst is Ti-SBA-15 porous material and is characterized in that titanium is loaded on SBA-15 material by using a chemical vapor deposition method, wherein the SBA-15 has the pore diameter from 6 nanometersto 7 nanometers and a hexagonal structure, and a template agent in the SBA-15 is removed by using an ethanol extraction method. Ti-SBA-15 which is prepared by means of 1.5-hour chemical vapor deposition at 700 DEG C is used as a catalyst, reaction is performed for 4 hours at 2.4MPa and 80 DEG C, the conversion rate of isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide can reach 87%, and the selectivity of epoxy propane can reach 96%. The catalyst is simple in preparation and easy in post-reaction separation, can be recycled many times, and has high chemical stability. The reaction process for preparing epoxy propane by one-step propylene epoxidation, in which the Ti-SBA-15 prepared by using the method provided the invention is used as the catalyst, has the characteristics of few byproducts, simple treatmentof reaction liquid, good environmental friendliness and the like.
