silicon dioxide and mesoporous mulberry-shaped carbon shell layer with high specific surface area is arranged between the inner-layer catalyst and the outer-layer catalyst. The surface area of the
carbon layer reaches 285-325 m<2> / g, so that sufficient dispersion and stable existence of the internal and external catalysts arefacilitated. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the
mesoporous silica shell layer by adopting a double-liquid-
phase method, preparing a mulberry-shaped
carbon layer precursor by adopting a water-
phase synthesis method, carbonizing at high temperature in an
inert atmosphere, and loading a
nickel-based catalyst. The catalyst prepared in the method has the advantages of large hollow volume, high specific surface area, unique double-layer catalyst structure, high-efficiency water
electrolysis catalytic activity and good catalytic stability.
