The invention discloses a graphene oxide / polymer composite antibacterial material and a preparation method thereof. The composite antibacterial material is characterized in that a polymer is subjected to surface modification and then is combined with graphene oxide dispersed in water, thus obtaining a graphene oxide antibacterial coating bonded on a polymer matrix, wherein the thickness of the antibacterial coating is 1 to 50nm. The preparation method of the graphene oxide / polymer composite antibacterial material comprises the following steps: firstly, performing ultrasonic cleaning on the polymer; secondly, performing surface modification on the polymer subjected to ultrasonic cleaning; thirdly, immersing an activated polymer matrix into a coupling agent solution and soaking; fourthly, taking out the soaked polymer, leaching with deionized water, then putting into a graphene oxide suspension liquid for 0.2 to 24 hours, taking out, leaching and naturally drying in air to obtain the graphene oxide / polymer composite antibacterial material. The invention designs and prepares the composite antibacterial material by taking graphene oxide as an antibacterial ingredient; the composite antibacterial material has a transparent antibacterial layer, is excellent in antibacterial property and is firmly bonded with the matrix.

The method has the advantages that: the sintering treatment of the micro spheres is unnecessary, medicaments, growth factors or other active (functional) components can be synchronously loaded in the preparation process, the grain size of the obtained self-setting calcium phosphate micro spheres is 0.12 to 2.61mm, and the obtained self-setting calcium phosphate micro spheres are not disintegrated in 6 to 32 hours.

The nuclear power 1E-grade K3-class heat-shrinkable tubing material of the invention comprises the following components by weight: 20-50 parts of polyolefin resin; 40-50 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant; 2-3 parts of an antiager; 15-20 parts of a flexibilizer; 1.5-2 parts of an anti-oxidant; 1-5 parts of a modifier; and 3-10 parts of a plastic processing additive. The material of the invention is prepared by selecting raw materials of the substrate resin, the halogen-free flame retardant, the antiager, the flexibilizer, the anti-oxidant, the modifier, and a crosslinking sensitizing agent according to certain ratios and through a series of process steps; the obtained nuclear power 1E-grade K3-class heat-shrinkable tubing material has relatively balanced and excellent mechanical properties, low-smoke performance, non-toxic performance, flame retardation, heat resistance, irradiation resistance, and the like, and especially has excellent heat resistance and irradiation resistance.
