The test cell can realize in situ test of the Raman spectrum of a material under high temperature, high pressure, special atmosphere, laser irradiation and other extreme conditions. The test cell can be used to test a powder, a block, a high temperature melt, a film and various forms of samples. The test cell can continuously monitor the Raman spectrum of the material in an in-situ manner in the heating, pressurizing and atmosphere changing process in order to realize continuous in-situ tracking of the structure change, the stability and the chemical reaction process of the material.

Manganese dioxide doped hafnium oxide ceramic material and method of producing the same

The invention discloses a hafnium oxide ceramic material with manganese dioxide as doping and a preparation method thereof. The hafnium oxide ceramic material is composed of MnO2 with a mol ratio of 20-50% and HfO2 with a mol ratio of 50-80%. The preparation method has the following steps: 1. the MnO2 and HfO2 are respectively weighed according to the mol ratio; 2. the powder of the weighed MnO2 and HfO2 are both poured into a mortar for full grinding and mixing to obtain mixed powder; 3. the mixed powder is made into blank sheets at the pressure of 8-10 MPa by a pressure machine; 4. the blank sheets are put into a high temperature tubular furnace, and after high sintering in argon atmosphere, high sintering sheets are obtained; 5. the high sintering sheets are cooled to room temperature with the furnace, thus obtaining the finished product. In the invention, the technique is simple and clear, the operation is easy and convenient and the cost is low, meanwhile, the manufactured hafnium oxide ceramic material has fine stability and conductivity.
