lotus root

lotus root cake is 30-800g; and when the
lotus root powder is added, 0-100ml of milk, 0-100g of
sugar, 0-15g of lily which is peeled, or hulled or cored and purified or stewed with the
sugar after being peeled, or hulled or cored and purified, 0-15g of gordon euryale seed, 0-15g of jobstears seed or foreign jobstears seed, 0-15g of
tremella, 0-15g of
ginkgo, 0-15g of longan pulp, 0-15g of coconut, 0-15g of lotus nut, 0-15g of Chinese chestnut, 0-15g of
mung bean, 0-15g of
ormosia, 0-15g of peanuts,0-15g of corns, 0-15g of wheat and 0-15g of red dates also can be added. The canned Chinese yam and
lotus root cake is fresh and sweet in taste, smooth and palatable, can be used for allaying one's hunger, has the functions of reinforcing the
spleen, nourishing the
stomach, promoting the production of the
body fluid, tonifying the
lung, tonifying the
kidney and arresting
seminal emission and the effects of strengthening the
spleen, stimulating the
appetite, benefiting the blood, promoting tissue regeneration and checking
diarrhea, and is portable; the canned Chinese yam and lotus root cake packaged by plastic can be stored for one year, and the Chinese yam and lotus root cake packaged by
metal can be stored for two years without
