Embodiment 1

[0034] Example 1 Isolation and identification of Burkholderia glabrata XS1685

[0035] 1. Isolation of Burkholderia glabrata XS1685

[0036] The strain was isolated from the rhizosphere of the woody leguminous plant Ormosia glaberrima planted in the field soil collected from the Heishiding Nature Reserve, and was obtained by isolation and screening using the conventional method of isolating Burkholderia from the rhizosphere .

[0037] The specific separation method is as follows:

[0038] (1) Collection of root nodules

[0039] 1) Rinse off the soil on the root of the red bean with tap water, and rinse it with sterile water. After controlling the water, absorb the residual water on the surface of the root nodule with absorbent paper.

[0040] 2) Surface disinfection: first, the root nodules are soaked in 70% ethanol for 5 minutes, washed with sterile water, and the water on the surface of the nodules is blotted dry. Then immerse in 3% sodium hypochlorite for 4 minutes, rinse...

Embodiment 2

[0058] Example 2 Detection of fungal growth inhibitory activity of Burkholderia glabrata XS1685

[0059] 1. Double-culture Burkholderia glabra XS1685 and various fungi isolated from dead seedlings of red bean on potato dextrose agar medium.

[0060] Fungi tested include:

[0061] (1): Pestalotiopsis sp. (FJ947050.1);

[0062] (2): Pestalotiopsis sp. (GU723442.1);

[0063] (3): Pestalotiopsis clavispora (HM999902.1);

[0064] (4): Pestalotiopsissydowiana (HQ248207.1);

Abstract

The invention provides a burkholderia XS1685 strain and application thereof. The strain is collected in CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) on April 3, 2015; the collection number is CCTCC NO: M 2015193; and the collection address is Wuhan University, Wuhan. The strain belongs to the burkholderia category, and is separated from rhizosphere of ormosia glaberrima. The burkholderia XS1685 strain can inhibit the growth of hyphae of various fungi, has the fungus growth inhibiting activity, can be used for biological prevention and control of various kinds of plant soil-borne diseases, and particularly aims at the fungus diseases. The strain has the obvious application prospects and advantages in the aspect of plant antifungal agent and relevant fertilizers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. More specifically, it relates to a strain of Burkholderia glabrata XS1685 and its application. Background technique [0002] Soil-borne diseases refer to diseases caused by pathogens living in the soil with diseased residues and invading crops from roots or stems when conditions are suitable. Infection pathogens of soil-borne diseases include fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes, nematodes and viruses, among which fungi are the main ones, such as Fusarium oxysporum, which are one of the main reasons for crop yield reduction. [0003] Chemical pesticides are currently the main means of preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases because of their fast speed and low cost. However, the long-term use of chemical pesticides will lead to a series of problems, including the pollution of chemical reagents to the environment, the threat of pesticide residues to human health, and the failure of drug e...
