ZIF-67/GO photocatalysis-photothermal composite film as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a ZIF-67 / GO photocatalysis-photothermal composite film, which comprises the following steps: a) adding graphene oxide into ultrapure water, and carryingout ultrasonic treatment to obtain a uniform solution of graphene oxide, i.e., a GO aqueous solution; b) carrying out suction filtration on the GO aqueous solution on a PTFE film, and drying at normal temperature to obtain a GO film; c) pouring a Co(NO3)<2>.6H2O solution into a culture dish filled with the GO film, keeping at 35-45 DEG C for 8-24 hours, pouring out the solution, and cleaning thefilm with methanol; pouring a 2-methylimidazole solution into a culture dish filled with the GO film soaked by the Co(NO3)<2>.6H2O solution, keeping the temperature at 35-45 DEG C for 8-24 hours, pouring out the solution, and cleaning the film with methanol; and finally, drying the film in a vacuum drying oven at 60 DEG C to obtain the ZIF-67 / GO photocatalysis-photothermal composite film. The preparation method of the ZIF-67 / GO photocatalysis-photothermal composite film is simple, the cost is relatively low, and the ZIF-67 / GO photocatalysis-photothermal composite film has excellent photocatalysis-photothermal synergistic performance. The composite film can be used for photocatalytic-photothermal synergistic catalytic reduction of metal ions.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing layered basic zinc acetate powder by a hydrothermal method; (2) modifying layered basic zinc acetate with polydopamine; (3) preparing an aluminum phosphate binder; (4) preparing an ethanol solution of the ball-milled carbon nanotubes; (5) uniformly mixing the substances in proportion and adding a water repellent agent; and (6) spraying to prepare the coating. The coating has the electrothermal effect, the photothermal effect, the super-hydrophobic performance and the acid and alkali resistance at the same time, and can be suitable for multiple environments. In the daytime, the coating is rapidly heated to remove ice (photo-thermal) under direct sunlight radiation, in the night, ice (electric heating) can be rapidly removed by loading small voltage at the two ends of the coating, during snowing, electric heating and photo-thermal work simultaneously, and electric energy consumption can be greatly reduced. In addition, when it rains, accumulated water on the super-hydrophobic surface quickly rolls away from the surface, and therefore the freezing area on the surface of the coating under the low-temperature condition can be effectively reduced.
