A kind of PBO fiber sizing agent containing benzoxazole diamine compatibilizer and its application

The invention discloses a PBO fiber sizing agent containing a benzoxazole diamine compatibilizer and an application thereof. The sizing agent is modified by silane coupling agent SiO 2 , benzoxazole diamine, epoxy resin and organic solvent; the mass percent composition of sizing agent is as follows: silane coupling agent modified SiO 2 0.1-5%; benzoxazole diamine 0.1-1%; epoxy resin 0.5-3%; the balance organic solvent. Compared with the unmodified PBO fiber, the IFSS of the PBO fiber / epoxy resin composite material modified by using the sizing agent prepared by the invention can be increased by 55-95%. In addition, the surface treatment method used in the present invention is a dip-coating method, which is simple to operate, has mild conditions, does not cause a decrease in the mechanical and thermal properties of the PBO fiber, and has good repeatability and is easy for industrial production.

Manufacturing method of silk rabbit wool and polyester blended fabric

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a silk rabbit wool and polyester blended fabric. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: taking 58-62% by weight of long wool, 25-29%by weight of polyester, 8-12% by weight of non-degummed raw mulberry silk and 2-4% by weight of rabbit wool as raw materials; combing and spinning the long wool into wool strips, preparing the rabbitwool, mulberry silk and the polyester into mixed strips through a cotton spinning process, dissolving sericin protein on the surface of the mulberry silk in the mixed strips and permeating the sericin protein into the mixed strips through a degumming process, and irreversibly denaturing the sericin protein permeated into the mixed strips through a denaturing process of the degummed mixed strips to adhere the rabbit wool; and then blending and mixing the mixed strips and the wool strips, and sequentially carrying out roving, spinning, winding, doubling, double twisting, weaving, dyeing and finishing to obtain the silk rabbit wool and polyester blended fabric. The obtained fabric has the advantages of low cost, high heat retention performance, soft and smooth hand feeling, rich velvet feeling, difficulty in pilling and difficulty in unhairing.
