The invention discloses a bend tube detection device and an application thereof. The bend tube detection device is formed by bending a red
copper tube, or a
steel tube, or a stainless
steel tube. The bend tube detection device comprises an extension end, a
tail end and a plurality of sequentially-connected arcs. The
diameter of each arc is 60-160 mm, and the central angle of each arc is 30-280 degrees; and the surfaces of the extension end, the
tail end and the arcs are respectively provided with a 0.2-0.5 mm antifriction layer. Serving as a
casting mould and a detection comparison tool, the bend tube detection device, in the same plane, can bend a plurality of different radiuses of arcs and mould
metal pipes, and can ensure uniformity of bend tube
pipe moulding and improve
processing efficiency; and serving as the detection comparison tool, the bend tube detection device can detect the pipes quickly, and improves
pipe molding
processing and detection efficiency by more than 50 %; by adding the antifriction layer, bonding force between molecules can be improved, and the antifriction layer can be attached to the surface of each
metal pipe, and has good resistance to high temperature,
chemical corrosion and friction, thereby improving service life of the bend tube detection device.
