The invention provides a formula and a preparation method for preparing a hybrid particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material with a compound reinforcement method. The raw material formula composition of the composite material is that Al-Si alloy powder is adopted as a matrix, and nanometer CuO powder and micrometer SiC particles are adopted as in-situ reactants. An Al-Si alloy is adopted as the matrix of the composite material, and the reinforced phases are hybrid particles including micrometer SiC particles, nanometer Al2O3 particles and micrometer AlCu3 particles, wherein the micrometer SiC particles are additionally added, and the nanometer Al2O3 particles and the micrometer AlCu3 particles are prepared by an in-situ reaction. The compound reinforcement method comprises methods such as additionally-added SiC particle reinforcement, in-situ synthesized Al2O3 and AlCu3 particle reinforcement, hot-pressing die forging reinforcement, thermal treatment reinforcement and the like. The preparation technological process of the composite material comprises pretreatment of SiC particles, raw material matching and mixing, die-filling, heating in-situ reacting, hot-pressing die-forging and solid solution and aging heat treatment. The hybrid particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material prepared with the compound reinforcement method has higher rigidity and abrasive resistance and can be applied to lightweight abrasion-resistant parts such as pistons, cylinder sleeves, brake discs and the like.

Method of preparing needle-shaped second phase for improving degradation resistance of medical magnesium alloy

The invention relates to a method of preparing a needle-shaped second phase for improving degradation resistance of a medical magnesium alloy. The magnesium alloy includes an AZ61 matrix and needle-shaped Al4Ce phases uniformly distributed in the matrix. The preparation method includes the steps that Ce powder and AZ61 powder are subjected to ball milling to obtain mixed powder, and then the magnesium alloy containing the needle-shaped Al4Ce phases is prepared by SLM. According to the method, on the one hand, matrix grains and the needle-shaped Al4Ce phase structures can be obviously refined,on the other hand, the solid solubility of solute elements is increased, and precipitation of the second phase of Mg17Al12 is inhibited; the formed needle-shaped Al4Ce phases have both smaller potential differences and greater resistance from the matrix, and galvanic corrosion can be inhibited; and during formation of Al4Ce, Al in the alloy is consumed, an original Mg17Al12 phase in the alloy canalso be reduced and refined, thus galvanic corrosion is reduced, degradation resistance of the magnesium alloy is improved through combined action of the two effects, and thus application of the magnesium alloy to degradable implantation materials is promoted.
